The installation meeting of IMA Kunnamkulam was held as a family meeting on 3rd October 2014 at the IMA Hall Kunnamkulam. The meeting started at 8.10pm with the Secretary collaring the President and the President calling the meeting to order. A prayer song was followed by flag salutation invoked by the Secretary. In his Presidential address, Dr. P. Sundaresh Kumar welcomed the installing officer Dr. K.V. Devadas, past president of IMAKSB, and Dr. Koshy George T., the incoming president of IMA Kunnamkulam. He then welcomed the gathering and also thanked all the members for the cooperation rendered to him during the IMA year 2013-14.
The President presented awards to Dr.Suresk Kumar K.A and Dr. Shaji P.S.
The Master of Ceremonies Dr. Varghese Paul introduced the installing officer Dr. K.V. Devadas and then Dr. K. Asok Varma introduced the incoming president Dr. Koshy George T. During his address, the installing officer Dr. K.V. Devadas stressed the importance of the installation ceremony and elaborated the duties of the IMA office bearers in detail. He then installed Dr. Koshy George T. as President of IMA Kunnamkulam for 2014-15. After collaring by the outgoing president Dr. P. Sundaresh Kumar, the new president introduced his team of office bearers:

In his inaugural address, the president Dr. Koshy George T. stressed the need to improve attendance in CMEs and increase the membership in the IMA and its schemes. He promised revival of the womens’ wing as well as rejuvenation of AMS and CGP. Felicitations were offered by Dr. Cherian Joseph and Dr. Sara Thomas. The President then presented mementos to the installling officer Dr. K.V. Devadas and to the outgoing office bearers Dr. P. Sundaresh Kumar, Dr. Joshy Thomas K. and Dr. Ditto Tom. Vote of thanks was proposed by the Secretary Dr. P.K.Saju. The meeting was closed after the National Anthem and Variety Entertainments followed.
